(Available for purchase at the 4F Reception and the 5F Rental Shop.) ・ The Infinity Pool (Depth: 1.2 m) is available only to guests who are at least 140 cm tall. Tubes and life jackets are not permitted. ・ Children must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the water. ・ Inflatable tubes are not permitted. Only infant arm floats and neck floats may be used. ・ Children's life jackets are available for rental, and personal life jackets are also permitted. ※ On Pool Party operating days, access to the hot bath, cold bath, and sauna is restricted after 21:50 for guest safety. Shower facilities remain available. ※ Guests under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to use the sauna, hot bath, or cold bath. [ Dress Code ] ・ Admission is permitted only when wearing proper swimwear and a swim cap. (Caps are acceptable.) ・ Rash guards are permitted; however, those with zippers, pockets, or other attached accessories are not allowed. ・ Regular clothing (such as cotton T-shirts, sports shirts, shorts, jeans, sleeveless tops, etc.) is not permitted. ・ Beachwear, cover-ups, dresses, tracksuits, and other non-swimwear garments are not permitted. [ Hygiene ] ・ Please shower in your guest room or at the shower facilities before entering the pool. ・ Infants must wear waterproof swim diapers. [ Facility Information ] ・ Pool Depth : Infinity Pool – 1.2 m Family Pool – 0.8 m ・ Pool Length : 18 m ・ Water Temperature : Pool – 30°C Jacuzzi – 34°C ・ Water temperature may vary within ±1°C depending on operating conditions. [ Rainy Day Refund Policy ] ※ Soleado operates as normal during ordinary rain, and refunds are not available. Refunds or date changes are available only if, within one hour after admission, the hotel suspends operations or closes the facility due to severe weather such as lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, or a typhoon. [ Pool Party Rainy Day Refund Policy ] If you request to cancel due to rain before the DJ performance begins, a full refund will be provided. If rain causes the DJ performance to stop after it has started, guests may continue using Soleado until 23:00 on the same day. If severe weather (such as strong winds, thunder, or lightning) prevents operation until 23:00, guests may choose either: ・ A refund, or ・ Admission to Soleado after check-out on the following day. Hot dogs and beer included with the Pool Party package are available for takeout. ※ Operating hours and available facilities may change depending on on-site weather conditions. [ CCTV Notice ] ・ CCTV is in operation throughout the hotel for guest safety, facility protection, and the prevention of fire and crime. ・ Cameras monitor the hotel parking areas and public facilities. ・ Recording is conducted 24 hours a day using continuous and motion-detection systems. ・ Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
