Usage Guide
[Admission Eligibility]
・ Limited to members, hotel guests, and package (PKG) customers
・ Guests can use the facility once on the day of check-in during operating hours (13:00–21:00) (excluding guests staying multiple nights)
※ Due to regular closure on Monday, August 4, only PKG customers for that date will receive complimentary late checkout at 13:00 on Tuesday, August 5, and may use the facility after checkout.

Usage Rules
[Safety Guidelines]
・ For your safety, please follow the instructions of the lifeguards.
[Guestroom Slipper Restriction Notice]
・ Aqua shoes are mandatory throughout the Soleado area.
[Water Play Equipment Regulations]
・ Life jackets and sunbed towels are available (1 per person free rental at the Soleado Rental Shop)
・ Tubes are not allowed (Exception: infant arm rings and neck rings are permitted)
・ Both rental and personal life jackets are allowed
・ Children under 160 cm must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by a guardian when using the infinity pool
[Dress Code]
・ Swimsuits or rash guards are required (Cotton T-shirts or pants are not allowed)
・ If you have visible tattoos, a rash guard must be worn to cover them
・ Hats are required (caps are permitted)
・ For safety in the outdoor pool, aqua shoes are mandatory (available for purchase at the 4th-floor reception)
[CCTV Operation Notice]
・ CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the hotel for your safety, facility protection, and to prevent fires and crimes
・ Surveillance areas include the hotel parking lot and public facilities
